Exhibition: Across The Hawthorn Hedge – The Noise of Bugles


Across The Hawthorn Hedge – The Noise of Bugles is the first of two exhibitions to be presented, exploring the social and economic impacts of the outbreak of war on the home front. 1914-1916 stories researched by project participants illustrate the experience of local communities. This exhibition will be supported by a programme of bus tours and workshops.

Coleraine Town Hall, 6 Nov – 23 Dec


On the Brink: The Politics of Conflict 1914-1916 is a vibrant three-year heritage-led project being delivered by Mid-Antrim Museums Service with Causeway Museum Service, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. It will explore the impact and legacy of war and revolution across Mid and East Antrim and the Causeway areas.
